40th Annivesary Holy Beetle Drive

On the evening of Monday 6th September, old friends and new enjoyed taking part in the Holy Beetle Drive as part of Christ the Servant’s 40th anniversary celebrations. Our beetle was transformed into a church as it lost its legs and gained windows and even shed its tail to make room for a door. It was a fun twist to the original game and was kindly designed by Janet our vicar. It was a wonderful evening full of fun and laughter and lots of superb prizes that were generously donated. Tasty refreshments were also provided including delicious home-made sandwiches and cakes. Thank you to everyone that made the evening a success, including the ladies for setting up the church ready for the beetle drive and, of course, to Janet our vicar for making the evening possible.  

Everyone is welcome to join us on the 1st Monday of each month at 7.30pm for our monthly beetle drive.
